We know you will love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at shop@theatelier-bhm.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your RMA is approved, your return must be received within 3 business days. Orders returned without an RMA a will be returned to the customer.

**We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.**

 All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration. If a return is rejected, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense. 

 Please note that sale items, swimwear, cosmetics, skincare, and jewelry are final sale and may not be returned.

 Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow at least three (3)days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
